Subprocessor List

This page identifies subprocessors that Perygee, Inc., doing business as OverAI, may use to process Personal Data under theData Processing Addendum. OverAI remains responsible for each subprocessor as described in the DPA.

Required infrastructure

This subprocessor provides the infrastructure required to operate the Services and cannot be disabled for an individual organization.

• Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting, storage, databases, networking, and transactional email delivery.

AI providers

An AI provider processes Personal Data only when an organization uses a model or feature served by that provider. OverAI contractually prohibits its AI providers from using Customer Data or Personal Data to train or fine-tune their models.

• Anthropic — AI model inference.
• Google Cloud — AI model inference.
• OpenAI — AI model inference.

Changes

OverAI will email organization administrators at least 30 days before authorizing a new subprocessor to process Personal Data, unless an emergency or security need requires shorter notice. Customers may object as described in the DPA.
