Software Engineer
We're building the fastest way for businesses to create internal apps — apps that move data, generate insights, automate manual work, and execute on strategy. We work across manufacturing, healthcare, retail, finance, and tech. Fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Ship features end-to-end across the stack alongside founders and customers
- Talk directly with business users and translate their workflows into product
- Own outcomes — design, build, deploy, and measure your work in production
- Improve the platform's speed, reliability, and developer experience as we grow
Qualifications
- Strong product opinions — you care about what gets built, not just how
- Clear communicator with people and AI alike
- Experience working directly with business users outside of pure tech (manufacturing, healthcare, retail, finance, etc.)
- Comfortable at an early-stage company where you own outcomes, not tickets
